What are the warranties on VigilLink products?
The “No Hang Up” warranty protects your VigilLink brand products with our six-year warranty. We keep it simple with three key elements:
1. Having issues, call us, first level tech support and troubleshooting will speed things up!
2. Not functioning, we will replace it at our expense for the first six months.
3. We trust you to know your business and will try to honor and value our partnership.
VigilLink will replace or repair (at the customer’s choice) defective products during the warranty period.

What payment options are available?
VigilLink accepts the following types of payments: Credit card, ACH, Wire, and Check.
For new customers, VigilLink will require advance payment.
Standard 30-day terms will be available for recurring orders.
Do you repair your products?
Yes. VigilLink will replace or repair (at the customer’s choice) defective products during the warranty period.
How do I request a repair?
Dealers, Re-sellers, and Installers can request an RMA from VigilLink Tech Support. Or you may email support@vigillink.com or fill out the RMA request form.
