Igor brings over three decades of unparalleled expertise in Audio Visual(AV), control, and automation, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward innovation and excellence.

Igor's career began as a Senior Electrical and Software Engineer in the telecommunications and automation industry, where he played a pivotal role in pioneering wireless AV, Internet access systems, and secure radio communications. His contributions laid the foundation for groundbreaking advancements that continue to shape the landscape of modern technology.

After moving to the USA, Igor showcased his exceptional talents as both a Senior and Principal Software Design Engineer at Key Digital Systems. He designed, created, and expanded the sustainable, flexible, and scalable Compass Control® system, as well as the software architectures for supported home/building automation, entertainment, HVAC, security, etc. The Compass Control® system supported 120+ Compass Alliance™ Partners, including Apple, LG, Samsung, Sony, Bose, Cisco, HAI, Honeywell, KNX, Leviton, Lutron, nest, SONOS, Russound, TiVo, Denon, etc. Igor has developed a professional and scalable Enterprise AV™ over IP system that supports video walls and is integrated with the Compass Control® system. He developed much of the firmware and management software for Key Digital's Pro AV products.

We are delighted to introduce Adam Gershon as our newest addition to the VigilLink team, joining us as our Director of Product Management! With an impressive background spanning over two decades in the electronics industry, Adam brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will propel our organization forward.

Adam began as the Software Engineering and Product Development Director at Mondial Designs LTD. He was pivotal in creating high-end surround sound processors, preamplifiers, and amplifiers. Following an acquisition in 2000, Adam joined Klipsch, a renowned premium loudspeaker brand, where he passionately drove innovation in electronics solutions. His valuable contributions included assisting in developing the burgeoning installed product category.

Throughout his career, Adam has held key positions at several leading manufacturers, each showcasing his exceptional skills and dedication. At AMX by Harman, he delivered end-to-end hardware and software solutions, including AMX Living, which catered specifically to the luxury residential space. As a part of Wave/AVAD, Adam successfully managed the Audio Video and Control category, further broadening his expertise. Most recently, he served as the Director of Product Management at Snap One, where he led the development of all video solutions for the company.

Adam's proficiency in analytical skills, business strategy, product marketing, and product management has been instrumental in his success and his significant contributions to the organizations he has worked with. We are excited to have him join the VigilLink team, as his expertise will undoubtedly strengthen our product management efforts.
